From the moment I stepped foot in the door as a new patient I was welcomed warmly. The office is very tranquil and modern. The front desk girls, the dental assistants were very helpful and the whole new patient process was quick and painless. Dr Andy was very personable and really listened when I spoke. This was a unique experience a cut above any dentist I have ever visited. I am thankful I came here. I recommend Dr Andy and his team to anyone that is trying to find a good Dental home.

I loved the place. Staff is very friendly, to be honest I didn’t expect the place to be like that. They took their time to answer all my questions. Very professional staff and very knowledgeable. Super modern equipment, I love it. Can’t wait for my results. Taking my son there too. Oh almost forgot they have gift goodies too

Best dental experience. Treated me very well, comfortable throughout the whole visit. Very clean office. High tech equipment which makes their work very efficient. Called in for a walk in appointment they setup up an appointment within 1 hour form the call. No wait in the waiting room. Very respectful staff. Reasonable pricing for people with no insurance. It’s a great dental office. You’re missing out if you aren’t already a patient. It’s always clean and the staff are all so professional, friendly, and caring. There are so many little touches that make it obvious they really care about making them patients comfortable, from the spa-like options while you sit in the exam chair to a padded diaper changing table in the bathroom. Not only that, I once had to cancel an appointment because I had been in a car accident and they sent me cookies with a note to wish me well in my recovery!! I was so touched by the incredibly thoughtful gesture.

Best costumer service I have ever had at a dental office. Savanah and Bethany in the front office were knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly!!! Dr. Lee was very thorough and his examination and spent as much time as I needed to answer my questions. They also have top-of-the-line technology that made my visit go smoothly and more quickly than before. I love the TVs with Netflix and other streaming options to view as I was getting my work done. I also appreciated the blanket, massage chairs, and the warm lavender towel! I highly recommend this dental office to everyone.

I had a great experience at Apex Dental today. The front desk staff was welcoming, efficient, and very professional from the moment I walked in. They made the check-in process easy and created a positive atmosphere right away both had a big smile on them even I was a last minute PT. Dr. Janice did an outstanding job with my cleaning. She was very detailed, gentle, and thorough, and she took the time to explain everything step by step. I really appreciated the advice she gave me on maintaining and keeping my hygiene—simple tips that actually make sense and are easy to follow. Great place to get dental work done. If these guys make a mistake they are there waiting with the door open to help you, get you in and fix the pain. Dr. Andy is super helpful even after hours, treated me like family from the start, great work. A little discouraging when I noticed that I had a chipped tooth after the extraction of the bottom tooth, but these guys are willing to go above and beyond to fix the problem thanks apex dental.

I visited a few dentists in the area before, but after some disappointing experiences, I decided to give Apex Dental Studio a try. I’m so glad I did! The staff is warm, welcoming, and truly attentive. They always listen to my concerns and work with my needs. I can’t recommend Apex Dental Studio enough.

Today was my first time visiting Apex for an exam. I had a nice experience, the front desk staff, the person seeing me, and the doctor were all friendly and timely. The office is comfortable. They had good communication, explained and discussed with me what I needed, they’re not pushy. They had nice drinks and a hot towel they offered at the end. Dr.Le and his team are unmatched. I have very intense dental anxiety from some bad experiences and haven’t been to the dentist in years. I took a chance based on reviews to come and call Apex my new home to get my dental hygiene back under control and find a place I can trust and start coming back regularly to. THIS IS THE PLACE. The office staff is so amazing. The dental hygienists are so skilled and sweet. Dr.Le is the best and most gentle doctor I’ve ever met. I will never go anywhere else. From the calm environment in the rooms (they literally give you blankets and the chair is HEATED), to the warm towel they give you after while they check you out. This has been a 10/10 experience and I feel beyond confident in coming back every 6 months.

It was my first time there since I came from a different office. Dr. Andy and staff were great. From scheduling to front staff to assistants to Dr. Andy. It was a great experience. I had my wisdom tooth removed. I was able to get a same day appointment for an emergency and next day appointment for surgery. They worked around my schedule and surgery went smoothly. I didn’t even feel a thing! I will be bringing my family here after a bad experience at my other practice. Thank you for taking such great care! Dr. Andy even texted me after extraction to see how I was doing. It’s far from home but I don’t mind driving for good dental care.

This place is amazing. Personally I’ve had some bad experiences with dentists and dental offices but the staff here make you feel at ease and take what you’re worried about and wipe it away. Everyone in the office made the visit easy and put everything in to terms that were easy for me to understand – I’m still on a journey with my dental health but with the staff here the goals I have in mind are within reach. Thanks again to this AMAZING staff!

Love this dental office and the crew. The amenities they provide (blankets, eye mask, massaging chairs, TV with netflix) are better than some spas. Love Dr. Le and Dr. Tran. My whole family have gone for the past few years and we would never trust anyone else.

New patient review here! I never thought I would be writing an amazing review about a dentist, but here we are! I recently switched insurances so I was on the market again, which had me stressed to the max. Lucky for me, I found Apex in network and went straight to google reviews first, as always. I called immediately after seeing the perfect reviews. I was booked into a new patient appointment in less than 24 hours! I ruled out other offices for taking too long to respond. Check in here was so easy- I texted in all my info and did the online forms beforehand, a practice I really appreciate. For my first appointment today, the reception staff were so warm and friendly. And everyone had on cute costumes for Halloween! Great communication through the process. This place is all about attention to detail. The office is beyond beautiful- It will blow your previous offices out of the water. I didn’t even know dentist waiting areas could be fun and have music in the lobby, movies, gaming consoles etc. I don’t know why all dentists don’t have this! I didn’t get to indulge those for long though, I didn’t have to wait long to be called back. Everything was so clean and looked brand new. But that’s not the best part. The room was beautiful, and the chair- the chair is heated AND massages! I was offered a blanket or a pillow and since I’m naturally cold, I was in Heaven. I was so comfortable. I had to keep reminding myself I was at a dentist office! For services, the dental assistant took all my imaging and it was painless and easy, showing me the images and talking through them with their very high tech equipment and displays. I met the dentist, Dr. John Le, who was amazing. Personable, conversational and really listened to my goals and we formed a plan together for my care. At no point did I feel rushed which is a huge deal for me. I was even offered a same day cleaning which I was due for, and the hygienist was phenomenal. Also friendly and sweet, and no pain at all! I have sensitive teeth and she really made me comfortable. I just watched my movie over my head on the ceiling tv and almost fell asleep. Upon check out I was given a swag/goodie bag that had some useful and quality products! Overall, 12/10 experience and so happy to have stumbled upon a new dentist that I hope to stay with for as long as possible 🥳 Thank you Dr. Le and staff!

Great place! I usually am not a fan of the dentist due to previous bad experiences but Apex Dental Studio is great and diligent when it comes to their cleanings and procedures. Dr Tran is great and easy to talk to. I have always felt comfortable going to them for my dental health. The cleanings are fast and easy with no discomfort my gums are never sore afterwards! Highly recommend to anyone who wants a great dental experience!

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with Apex in Hutto. Everyone is friendly and always willing to help with whatever is needed. The follow up after a procedure is fantastic. My daughter transitioned from her pediatric dentist to here seamlessly. I should have left my chain dental office long ago.
